Through a combination of interviews, consultations with experts, and extensive research, the Fairview/South Granville Action Committee has amassed a large amount of factual data relating to the rezoning application for 2538 Birch Street (28 Floors).  We have analyzed this data, the activities of City Staff, the Planning Department and Jameson Development, and were quite surprised by what we learned.  We will publish and share these insights with you here.
