Through a combination of interviews, consultations with experts, and extensive research, the Fairview/South Granville Action Committee has amassed a large amount of factual data relating to the rezoning application for 1477 W Broadway.  We have analyzed this data, the work of City Staff and were quite surprised by what we learned.  We will publish and share these insights with you here.
